Diane runs a graphic design business and she is very keen on providing the best customer service to her clients. She usually empathises well with the clients, by listening to their needs and detailed requirements so that she can provide them with the best solution.
Recently she noticed that one of her clients seems to have been abusing her empathy by getting her different concepts and ideas without actually giving her a purchase order for her work.
