  • If you can move your applications to the cloud it would be better since it would save you maintenance, backing up data, paying up front for licenses.
  • Standardize your various hardware devices so that it would become easier for you to manage and maintain.
  • Focus on your needs and not on the features of products. Don’t get distracted by the bells and whistles.

A trading company that sells office supplies had a large outdoor sales team that would visit companies all day taking orders for various office supplies.
