After watching this video, you will be required to submit the following materials for scholarship award consideration. The deadline is March 8th of 2018.

Also, please attach your resume or a list of extracurricular activities, any leadership positions or offices held, honors or awards received and community service and volunteer involvement.

Scholarship winners will be notified in April of 2018 and will be required to submit proof of college enrollment. Winners and their families will also be invited to attend an awards celebration to honor them and highlight their hard work.
